We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payments are processed securely through Wix-approved payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

If your order is cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded.

Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products:

  • Custom or personalised items are non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged

  • Non-custom items may be returned in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos where possible.
