How long do orders take to make?

All items are handmade with care.
Please allow 3–7 working days for standard items to be created. Custom orders may take a little longer depending on the design and details.
 

How do custom orders work?

Custom orders are created especially for you. Once you contact me with your idea, we’ll discuss the design, colours, and any personal details before I begin creating your piece.
 

Can I request specific colours, themes, or ideas?

Yes, absolutely! I love bringing your ideas to life. You’re welcome to request specific colours, themes, animals, names, or messages. If you’re unsure, I’m happy to help guide you.
 

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Because every item is hand-painted, no two pieces are ever exactly the same. Your item will be made in the same style, but small variations make each piece unique and special.
 

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Custom and personalised items are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and include photos where possible. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to UK & International.
Any customs charges for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
