Custom & Personalised Items
Due to the handmade and personalised nature of custom items:

Custom or personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Non-Custom Items
If you purchase a non-custom item, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Returned items must:

Be unused and in original condition

Be returned in suitable packaging
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photos where possible.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
