I love creating unique, personalised pieces that are made just for you. This guide explains how custom orders work at Absolute Craft.

Step 1: Get in Touch

Start by either placing an order and explaining what you want in the comments section or by contacting me through the website contact form or email.

Let me know:

  • What item you’re interested in

  • Your ideas, theme, or inspiration

  • Colours, names, or personal details

  • Any deadline (if applicable)

Don’t worry if your idea isn’t fully formed — I’m happy to help!

Step 2: Design Discussion

Once I’ve received your request I will start work on your order, if the customisation is very detailed I’ll:

  • Confirm whether the design is possible

  • Discuss timescales and pricing

  • Ask any follow-up questions if needed

We’ll agree on the final details before work begins.

Step 3: Creation

Your item will be hand-painted with care and attention to detail.
Please allow 3-7 days for custom orders. More detailed designs may take longer.

Step 4: Dispatch

Once completed, your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched using a trusted delivery service. You’ll be notified when it’s on its way.

Important Information About Custom Orders

  • Custom items are made specifically for you

  • Small variations are part of the handmade charm

  • Custom orders are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged

  • Changes cannot be made once work has started
